We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Please note that certain items like swimwear and undergarments are final sale for hygienic reasons.

Can I return an online order in-store?

Yes, online purchases can be returned at any West49 retail location across Canada. Please bring your original order confirmation email and the packing slip to process the return.
